摘 要:高炮炮身固有模态对全炮的动态特性及其射击精度影响分析至关重要。针对某车载高炮炮身的结构特征和约束条件,应用Workbench软件建立了某车载高炮炮身的有限元模型,通过对其模态分析,求解得到车载高炮炮身在约束条件下的固有频率和振型。在此基础上,针对不同质量的炮口装置以及复进簧前支撑环位置对炮身模态的影响进行了仿真,进一步分析了炮身振型与自动炮射速之间的关系,为车载高炮的射击精度分析打下了一定基础。The natural modal of the barrel plays a very important role in dynamic performances of the whole gun and firing accuracy of the anti-aircraft gun. In response to the structure features and constraint conditions of the trucked anti-aircraft gun barrel,the Workbench software is applied to establish the finite element modal of the barrel. Through modal analysis,the inherent frequency and mode of vibration of the trucked anti-aircraft gun barrel in constraint condition are worked out. Based on this,in response to the muzzle device of different qualities and the recoil spring's front tube supporting position affecting the modal of the barrel,the simulation analysis is made,which further analyzes the relationship between the barrel formation and automatic gun's firing rate. This can provide a foundation for the improvement of the firing accuracy of the trucked anti-aircraft gun.
