摘　　要：儿童睡眠呼吸障碍主要表现为睡眠时反复发生呼吸暂停和低通气,引起低氧血症和高碳酸血症,长期发作可导致患儿出现颅面发育异常、生长发育迟缓、性格行为异常,甚至出现系统性高血压,肺源性心脏病等,严重者甚至可以引起碎死。现将其研究进展进行综述。In recent years,the growing incidence of sleep disordered breathing in children,children with sleep problems gradually attracted peoples attention,it has become a pediatric respiratory department of internal medicine,Department of ENT, Department of internal medicine,Department of traditional Chinese medicine,Department of Stomatology,nerves and other disci-plines to study the focus of.Sleep disordered breathing in children mainly manifested as recurrent sleep apnea and hypopnea,resul-ting in hypoxemia and hypercapnia,prolonged seizures can cause children with craniofacial abnormalities,growth retardation,per-sonality,behavior,and even the emergence of system of high blood pressure,pulmonary heart disease,serious even can cause sud-den death.Now,we will research progress of the disease were reviewed in this paper.
