摘　　要：医学上的依从性是指患者的行为与医嘱的一致性、不依从是当今医学面临的严重间题之一。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是患者睡眠期间上气道反复阻塞或狭窄为特征,造成呼吸暂停、低通气、睡眠紊乱,是严重影响患者生活质量的疾病,且与多系统疾病相关。患者的依从性是各种治疗的关键。目前患者治疗依从性现状不容乐观,有关依从性问题一直是医务工作者关注的领域,本文根据国内外文献,现将依从性评价在OSAHS患者中的研究现状进行整理综述。The compliance of medicine refers to the consistency of behavior and medical patients.Non Compliance is a serious problem faced by one of the medical.Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in patients with recurrent up-per airway during sleep is characterized by obstruction or stenosis,apnea,hypopnea,sleep disorder,is a serious impact on the qual-ity of life in patients with the disease,and is closely related with various diseases.The compliance of patients is the key to the va-rious of treatment.The present situation of treatment compliance of patients is not optimistic,The compliance of the problem has been the focus of medical workers,In this paper,according to the domestic and foreign literature,The research status of compli-ance in patients with OSAHS in the evaluation of finish.
