摘　　要：通过对国华准电循环泵电机线圈端部同类故障的分析研究,发现循环泵电机双速改造后,线圈端部引线焊接处存在的问题,经过和厂家技术人员的实地研究,重新改进焊接工艺,通过运行验证,方法简单有效,并为防止国内此类电机因端部引线问题造成设备停运故障,提供一定的指导意义。Through analysis to motor coil end’s similar failures of circulation pump,we find there are prob?lems to welding wire coil ends after the two-speed Guohua’s circulating pump motor transformation. We de?cide to improve re-welding process after field studies with factory technical personnel , Practice has proved that the method is simple and effective, especially provides some guidance to prevent same type of motor from end domestic problems caused by equipment outage failure.
