改良三点埋线法重睑术412例临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探寻一种损伤小、恢复快、效果好的重睑成形术式。方法:2010年3月-2012年2月,对于不需去除皮肤而行重睑术的患者,采用改良三点埋线法施术予以矫治,并回归性分析其临床效果。结果:2年间共进行了412例改良埋线重睑成形术,均取得了满意的效果。结论:本术式操作简单、肿胀轻、恢复快,术后重睑线条流畅,形态自然、持久。Objective To explore a good surgical procedure of double eyelid plasty that has a good effect,quick recovery and minor injury. Methods From March 2010 to February 2012,we adopted the Modified Three-Point Mini-Incision Buried suture method on some patients. They needed double eyelid plasty but not accepted to remove the skin. Results All 412 cases treated with this method during the past two years were satisfied with the surgical results. Conclusion It is a simple and effective method with such advantages as less-invasive, quick recovery, natural-looking, form-lasting after operation.
