改良斧形肌肉粘膜瓣修复半侧红唇缺损的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨斧头形肌肉粘膜瓣用于修复半侧红唇缺损的可行性及其优势。方法:回顾性分析我科2012年9月-2015年9月开展的6例半侧红唇缺损修复的临床资料,初步总结改良斧形肌肉粘膜瓣的临床应用效果及评价。结果:6例患者,半侧红唇缺损均一次性修复,随访半年,嘴唇活动及感觉正常,无不良反应及并发症,且双侧对称,颜色、质地与正常唇红组织类似,手术效果满意。结论:这种改良后的斧形肌肉粘膜瓣对半侧红唇缺损患者进行了功能和美学上的重建,是较为理想的手术方法,尤其适用于下唇半侧红唇组织重度缺损的患者。Objective To discuss the feasibility and advantage of a modified axe-shaped musculomucosal flap for the reconstruction of unilateral lip defect. Methods 6 cases using the modified axe-shaped musculomucosal flap for the repairment of unilateral lip defect were analysed retrospectively in our hospital from Sep. 2012 to Sep. 2015 and evaluated the efficacy of modified axe-shaped musculomucosal flap. Results This method was successfully adopted in 6 patients. The morphology of the lower lips was obviously repaired. All the patients got satisfactory results. Conclusion This modified axe-shaped musculomucosal flap is an ideal method for the repairment of unilateral lip defect from the point of function and aesthetic. Especially for patients from the lower lip with severe defects
