摘  要:目的:探讨广州地区171名正常人长波紫外线最小持续性黑化量(MPPD)的范围及其与性别、年龄、皮肤光生物学分型以及ITA分级的关系。方法:以美国进口的Solar 601-300型日光紫外模拟系统为光源,于2010年1月-2015年7月,测定171名在广州居住5年以上的健康志愿者背部正常皮肤的MPPD值,结果在照射后2~3h由两名经验丰富的观察者同时评定。结果:171名受试者的MPPD均值为(9.13±2.03)J/cm^2,男性MPPD均值为(10.32±2.64)J/cm^2,女性MPPD均值为(8.92±1.83)J/cm^2,男性显著高于女性(P=0.01);18~29岁年龄组的MPPD值为(9.22±2.22)J/cm^2,30~50年龄组的MPPD值为(9.27±2.11)J/cm^2,50岁以上年龄组为(8.92±1.82)J/cm^2,各年龄组之间MPPD值比较无统计学差异的(P=0.55);Ⅲ型光生物学皮肤MPPD值(9.15±1.89)J/cm^2,与Ⅳ型皮肤(9.12±2.17)J/cm^2比较无统计学差异(P=0.93);个体类型角(ITA)分级各组的MPPD值分别为:2级组(8.61±1.47)J/cm^2,3级组(9.13±1.97)J/cm^2,4级组(9.50±2.51)J/cm^2,各组之间MPPD值比较无统计学差异(P=0.26)。结论:广州本地居民长波紫外线MPPD值范围与国内其他地区正常人MPPD值差异不大,表明中国黄色人种对长波紫外线的敏感程度差别不大;同时发现其仅与性别相关,与年龄、皮肤光生物学分型及肤色无明显相关性。Objective To investigate the minimal persistent pigment dose(MPPD)of normal skin to UVA in Guangzhou city,and discuss its relationship to gender,age,skin type,and ITA. Methods 171 healthy subjects were exposed to Solar Simulator(Solar 601-300) between January 2010 and July 2015, and the MPPD was measured and observed by two professional technicians after 2-3 hours. Results The average MPPD of all subjects was(9.13±2.03)J/cm^2. In male and female group, the average MPPD were(10.32±2.64)J/cm^2 and(8.92±1.83)J/cm^2 respectively, and male was significantly higher than female(P=0.01).The MPPD in subjects aged from 18 to 29, from 30 to 50 and over 50 years was(9.22±2.22)J/cm^2,(9.27±2.11)J/cm^2, and(8.92±1.82) J/cm^2 respectively, and there was no significant difference between these three groups(P =0.55). The MPPD in skin type Ⅲ(9.15±1.89) J/cm^2 was similar with type Ⅳ(9.12±2.17)J/cm^2(P =0.93). There was no significant difference of the MPPD in different ITA groups(P=0.26). The MPPD of ITA grade2, 3 and 4 group was(8.61±1.47) J/cm^2,(9.13±1.97) J/cm^2 and(9.50±2.51) J/cm^2 respectively. Conclusions The MPPD of the subjects in Guangzhou was similar with other cities of China, and related to gender only, while there was no correlation with age, skin types and ITA grade.
