复方卡力孜然酊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的:探索复方卡力孜然酊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:102例白癜风患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各有51例,对照组单方面采用窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗,治疗组采用复方卡力孜然酊外用联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗。结果:102例患者经治疗后观察结果表明,单方面采用中波紫外线照射治疗的对照组总有效率(52.94%)低于治疗组总有效率(98.04%),治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方卡力孜然酊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的临床效果确切,值得在临床上被广泛使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound Kaliziran tincture combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 102 cases of patients with vitiligo randomly were divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,each group had 51 patients.In the control group,we adopt narrow spectrum midwave ultraviolet irradiation as the treatment,in the treatment group,we adopted Kaliziran tincture combined with narrow spectrum midwave ultraviolet radiation. Results After close observation of 102 cases,the effective rate of the control group（52.94%） was lower than the treatment group（98.04%）.Te treatment group was significantly better than the control group, which was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment,compound Kaliziram tincture combined with HB-UVB, is distinguished and worthy of polpularising.
