靓芙康复贴敷料辅助枇杷清肺饮加减治疗轻中度炎症性痤疮疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的:观察靓芙康复贴敷料辅助枇杷清肺饮加减治疗轻中度炎症性痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将中医辨证为肺经风热的轻中度炎症性痤疮患者60例随机分两组。治疗组:30例,靓芙康复贴敷料联合枇杷清肺饮加减治疗;对照组:30例,单用枇杷清肺饮加减治疗,治疗4周后进行疗效判定。结果:4周后,两组炎性皮损的数目均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组下降更明显。治疗组的总有效率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为60.00%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组继发皮损总积分治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后两组继发皮损总积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗继发皮损,治疗组的总有效率66.67%与对照组的总有效率10.34%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:靓芙康复贴敷料辅助枇杷清肺饮加减治疗轻中度炎症性痤疮安全、有效,可以作为治疗轻中度痤疮炎性皮损的临床选择。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of rehabilitation paste adjuvant to Pipa Qingfei Decoction in treating mild to moderate inflammatory acne： Methods 60 patients with a diagnose of wind-heat invading lung syndrome according to TCM syndrome differentiation were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in each treatment group were treated with rehabilitation paste combined with Pipa Qingfei Decoction, while 30 patients in the control group were treated with Pipa Qingfei Decoction only. The efficacy was evaluated 4 weeks later. Results In terms of inflammatory lesions, the total number in both groups significantly decreased after 4 weeks（P〈0.05）. The change was greater in the treatment group. And after the treatment,83.33% patients in the treatment group received effective results while 60.00% in the control group showed statistical difference（P〈0.05）. In terms of subsequent lesions, the effective rate of the treatment group（66.67%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（10.34%）（P〈0.05）. No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion The treatment of mild to moderate inflammatory acne,using rehabilitation paste adjuvant to Pipa Qingfei Decoction,is safe and effective,thus worthy of a clinical choice for inflammatory lesions of mild to moderate acne.
