摘　　要：随着美容激光设备的广泛应用,需要探讨如何对激光美容中心进行安全、有效地管理。通过规范激光室环境的要求、激光设备的维护、人员的培训,制定激光美容中心的工作制度,使激光设备安全、有效地运行,避免医疗事故的发生,最大限度地发挥人力、物力效能。As the cosmetic laser devices are widely used, it is necessary for us to discuss how to manage the Laser Cosmetology Center safely and effectively. We want to guarantee that these equipments can be operated safely and effectively by taking some steps including normalizing the environment of the laser rooms, maintaining laser equipments, training special staff and instituting rules of the laser cosmetology center, which can also avoid the medical accidents and maximize the efficiency of human and financial resources.
