摘　　要：宪法解释是宪法实施的必经路径,对于弭除宪法问题上的分歧和争议等具有无可替代的重要作用。虽然宪法与政治之间的紧张关系使宪法解释无法做到"除政治化",但宪法解释所具有的法释义学性质使其受法解释规则和法学方法论的约束,在具备完备的释宪机制条件下,仍能够发挥其在宪法实施中的作用。对我国宪法实施的反思应实现从观念反思到实践反思的转变,其关键在于宪法解释作用的展开,在这方面,国外通过解释实施宪法的经验为我们提供了镜鉴。结合我国转型期的实际,构建复合型释宪机制是发挥宪法解释在宪法实施中的作用的前提条件。Interpretation of constitution is the necessary path for the implementation of constitution, it plays an irreplaceable role in eliminating differences and disputes of constitutional issues. Although tensions between constitution and politics have made the de--politicization of constitution interpretation hard to achieve, but the character of legal hermeneutics of constitution interpretation makes it constrained by interpretation rules and the legal methodology. Under a perfect condition of constitution interpretation mechanism, it still has a role to play in the implementation of constitution. The reflection of our country＇s implementation of constitution should shift from the conceptual reflection to the practical reflection, of which the key is the function of constitution interpretation. In this respect, the experience of other countries＂ implementation of constitution through interpretation provides us with references. Combined with social reality of transitional period, constructing a reasonable compound mechanism of constitution interpretation is the precondition to give constitution interpretation a role to play in the imple- mentation of constitution.
