帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗无并发症的急性单纯性流行性感冒的临床疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的 评价帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗无并发症的急性单纯性流行性感冒的临床疗效和安全性。方法 入选60例流行性感冒患者为研究对象。所有患者予以帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液100 m L/0.3 g,单次静脉滴注。在治疗前和治疗后第3,7天共访视3次,评价其症状缓解情况和安全性。结果 发热缓解率100%,缓解时间（23.40±13.43）h,其他症状缓解率75%~93%。不良事件以化验检查异常为主,主要包括三酰甘油升高11例,谷丙转氨酶升高1例,QTc间期延长1例,大部分复查后恢复,无严重不良事件。结论 帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗无并发症的急性单纯性流行性感冒是相对安全的,有效的。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of peramivir trihydrate sodium chloride injection in the treatment of acute simple uncomplicated influenza. Methods Accepting the 60 cases of infected patients as subjects. All patients were given a single intravenous infusion of peramivir sodium chloride injection 100 m L /0. 3 g. Before treatment,3 days and 7 days after treatment,all patients were interviewed 3 times and the subjects＇ symptoms and adverse events were evaluated. Results Fever response rate was 100%,alleviate time was（ 23. 40 ± 13. 43） h,other symptoms remission rate was 75% to 93%.Adverse events were given priority to the anomalies of laboratory tests,including elevated triglycerides in 11 cases,elevated alanine aminotrans in 1 case,QTc prolongation in 1 case,most of them returned to normal.No serious adverse events appeared. Conclusion Application of peramivir sodium chloride injection in the treatment of acute simple uncomplicated influenza is relatively safe and effective.
