摘 要:介绍了楔形板的厚度控制(AGC)原理,建立了楔形板AGC系统的基本数学模型。采用机理的建模方法,建立了楔形板电液伺服控制系统。基于MATLAB仿真软件设计了PID控制器,并对楔形板液压AGC系统进行了动态仿真。仿真结果表明,所设计的楔形板AGC控制系统稳定性良好,系统响应速度较快、信号辨识能力较强。对比输入输出信号可知,通过AGC系统可得到纵向厚度平稳变化的楔形板。First,the principle of Automatic Gauge Control( AGC) for Longitudinal Profile( LP) plate was introduced in this paper. Second,the basic mathematic models of AGC control system for LP plate were established. Then,application of mechanism modeling method,the electro-hydraulic servo control system of LP plate was established,and the PID controller was designed simultaneously. Numerical simulation of electro-hydraulic AGC system of LP plate was made based on MATLAB. Simulation results show that,the stability of AGC control system designed is good,the response speed is very fast and the capability of signal identification is strong.Comparison of the output signal and the setting signal shows that,the thickness of LP plate changes uniformly in longitudinal direction and the high quality of LP plate is obtained.
