摘  要:滚筒采煤机是由可靠性状态随时间退化的多状态组件组成的复杂机械系统,在正常工作状态和完全失效状态之间故障规律呈现多种状态的变化。将采煤机的可靠性状态从传统的二状态扩展为多状态,基于从国内某大型煤矿集团公司收集的多台进口采煤机数年的故障数据,建立采煤机不同状态下的可靠性模型,辨识采煤机运行的可靠性临界状态,探索采煤机各种可靠性状态下停留时间及可靠度分布。Drum shearer is a complex mechanical system consisting of multi-state parts which is degraded by time. The fault of dram shearer show a variety of states between the normal working state and complete failure state. Extending the drum shearer's traditional two-state reliability status to multistate. Based on the several years' failure data of imported drum shearers collected from a large domestic coal mine group corporation, establishing drum shearer's reliability models in different conditions. Identifying drum shearer's critical state reliability, to explore drum shearer's residence time and reliability distribution in different conditions.
