摘 要:为了有效降低煤矿企业外包事故发生,运用博弈论的方法构建煤矿企业、外包商与外包工三方之间的三阶段博弈模型。博弈结果表明;两方之间非合作博弈难以有效降低外包事故发生,只能在短期内部分减少违章发生的概率;而三方之间合作博弈形成合理公平的安全收益分配方案可以促使长期稳定合作联盟的实现,从根本上杜绝外包事故的发生。In order to reduce the occurrence of coal mine outsourcing accidents, the three-phase game model among coal mine enterprises, outsourcing team and outsourcing workers which use the economic game theory. The three-phase game results show that: non-cooperation game between two parties is difficult to reduce the probability of outsourcing accident effectively , only partilly reduce the probability of illegal behavior; cooperation game between three parties form reasonable and fair security plan facilitate the accomplishment of long-term and stable cooperation, fundamentally eliminate the occurrence of outsourcing accident.
