摘 要:为改善掺聚羧酸减水剂(PC)的硫铝酸盐水泥(CSA)浆体的流动度和经时损失,并保证其施工时间,本文将PC与缓凝剂柠檬酸(CA)或葡萄糖酸钠(SG)复掺到CSA净浆或胶砂试件中,测试了浆体的流动度、凝结时间和各龄期胶砂试件的抗压强度,并采用紫外-可见光分光光度计和X-射线衍射仪分别测试PC减水剂在自制硫铝酸盐水泥上的吸附量和减水剂、缓凝剂对水化产物的影响。研究结果表明:随着CA或SG掺量的提高,浆体30 min流动度有大幅度的增长;初凝和终凝时间均有不同程度的延长;PC吸附量随CA掺量升高而减小,但随SG掺量升高而增大;随缓凝剂掺量提高,各龄期胶砂试件的抗压强度略有下降,且SG较CA导致的强度降低幅度更大。In order to improve the fluidity and reduce the fluidity loss of the sulphatealuminium cement (CSA) paste containing polycarboxylatesuperplasticizer (PC), citric acid (CA) or sodium gluconate (SG) used as retarder was added into the above paste or mortar. The fluidity and the setting time of the pastes, the compressive strength of the mortar samples at each age were measured. Furthermore, the adsorption of PC and the hydration products of the self-made CSA pastes were tested by UVspectrophotometer and XRD. The results show that the fluidity was improved, the fluidity loss was reduced and the setting time was prolonged with the dosage of the retarders increasing, the PC adsorption was increased with SG but decreased on the cement particles with CA when their dosage increasing. But the compressive strength was reduced slightly at each age, and the effect of SG was more obviouslythan that of CA on the strength at same dosage.
