摘 要:采用固定砂石配比设计方法配制C40自密实混凝土,研究不同聚羧酸引气减水剂掺量下自密实混凝土含气量、工作性能、不同龄期抗压强度、及抗冻融循环性能。结果表明,聚羧酸引气减水剂质量掺量为胶凝材料总量0.5%时,新拌C40自密实混凝土含气量为4.3%,工作性能达到二级自密实混凝土要求的标准,28 d抗压强度56.8 MPa,200次冻融循环后相对动弹性模量降为72.5%。相比0.4%、0.55%、0.65%引气减水剂掺量,0.5%掺量下28 d抗压强度降低较少,抗冻融循环性能最好。研究结果为掺加聚羧酸引气减水剂自密实混凝土的应用和推广提供依据和参考。The C40 self compacting concrete was prepared by fixed sand-stone method. The air content, workability, compressive strength at different ages, and frost resistance of the self-compacting concrete were studied with different content of air-leading water-reducing agent. Results show that when the air- leading water-reducing agent content is 0.5% of binder material, the air content of fresh concrete is 4. 3% , and the workability meets level 2 standard of self compacting concrete, and the 28 d compressive strength reaches 56.8 MPa, and the relative dynamic elastic modulus drops to 72.5% after 200 freeze- thaw cycles. Comparing to 0.4%, 0.55%, 0.65% content of air-leading water-reducing agent, for self compacting concrete with 0.5% air-leading water-reducing agent, the compressive strength decreased less, and frost resistance significantly enhanced. The research provides bases and references for the application of self compacting concrete with air-leading water-reducing agent.
