摘 要:水泥基材料化学收缩与自收缩的准确测量是其早期体积稳定性研究的基础和关键,近年来相关试验方法不断进步。本文评述化学收缩试验水中称重法、绝对体积法和密度法的优缺点,提出使用超薄弹性橡胶膜的改良体积法。试验表明,改良法有效解决ASTM体积法无法完成全周期试验的缺陷,操作简便、数据精度高,与水中称重法具有很好的一致性。分析国内外水泥基材料自收缩试验方法的进展和ASTM波纹管法存在的缺陷,介绍提高波纹管法精度、实现连续性自动化数据采集的措施。Accurate measurement of both chemical and autogenous shrinkages was the fundamental and key aspect for the study of early-stage volume stability of cement-based materials, and the related experiment methods developed in recent years. The merits and drawbacks of gravimetry, dilatometry and pcnometry for chemical shrinkage measurement were commented, and a modified ASTM method using ultra-thin elastic cap was proposed in the presented study. Test results showed that the proposed method, easy and simple to handle with high precision, effectively solved the defect of ASTM method, which could not complete the whole cycle of measuring. Its test data were in excellent accordance with those obtained from gravimetry test as well. The progress of autogenous shrinkage experiment at home and abroad, along with the imperfection of ASTM corrugated tube method, were also analyzed. To improve test accuracy and to realize continuous, automated data collection, some measures were introduced.
