摘 要:本实验设计并合成三种聚醚聚羧酸磺酸钠(PC-1、PC-2和PC-3)大分子表面活性剂,以木质素磺酸钠(SLS)为对照,研究了分子结构对β-半水石膏水化过程及分散性的影响。结果表明,三种羧基含量不同的聚醚聚羧酸磺酸钠与SLS对β-半水石膏的凝结时间及分散性与PC系列物和SLS的掺量正相关,且其缓凝能力及其分散性的大小与羧基含量亦正相关。与SLS相比,聚醚聚羧酸磺酸钠能有效延长β-半水石膏的凝结时间,提高β-半水石膏的可操作性。PC与SLS均具有延缓水化的能力,但不会影响其最终的水化度。Three polyether polycarboxylic sodium sulfonate (PC-1, PC-2 and PC-3 ) surfactants were synthesized. The effects of molecular structure on the hydration and the dispersibility of β-calcium sulfate hemihydrate (β-H) were studied with a comparison of PC and sodium lignosulfonate (SLS). It was found that all assayed polymers delayed setting time and increased dispersibility of β-calcium sulfate hemihydrate in a dose dependent maner, the retarding ability and dispersibility present a positive correlation with the number of carboxylic groups in the molecules. Comparing to SLS, the PC polymers delay the setting time of β-calcium sulfate hemihydrate and improve the operability of β-calcium sulfate hemihydrate. It was found that the PC polymers and SLS possess the ability of delaying hydration, but do not change the final degree of hydration.
