从庭审有声特质看特指问句的语用功能

摘　　要：本文运用"田野调查"和Praat软件对庭审会话特指问句语调及其语用功能进行研究。结果表明,庭审特指问句是多种功能的结合体,其语用功能的主次划分和理解必须结合庭审语境。聚焦表意框架内,特指问句语用功能由调核与疑问焦点是否一致触发,用以表示对比、强调,确认、求证,提醒、暗示,追问以及移情顺应等。传情表态框架内,特指问句语用功能是音域、音阶、语速、调核、疑问焦点等综合作用的结果,用于表达责训和否定。By means of the speech analyzing software Praat, this study aims to explore the intonation and pragmatic functions of wh-questions in authentic trials. The pragmatic functions of wh-questions are explored on the basis of focusing and attitudinal information features of intonation. For focusing feature, the function of wh-questions varies due to the actual situations such as whether the question focus is consistent with the nucleus. For attitudinal feature, wh-question function is jointly determined by factors of vocal range, register, speech rate, nucleus and question focus. Actually, the pragmatic function of any court trial wh-questions is a combination, within which several functions coexist with each other, but a particular one is highlighted when taking court trial context into consideration.
