黛花合剂治疗胃肠肿瘤化疗性口腔溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察黛花合剂治疗胃肠肿瘤化疗性口腔溃疡的有效性。方法选择确诊为化疗性口腔溃疡的患者100例,随机按1∶1分为观察组与对照组(各50例);观察组使用黛花合剂,对照组使用锡类散制剂;评价两组患者治疗后恢复进普食的时间和人数、溃疡愈合的时间及面积、疼痛评分及治疗有效率。结果治疗后3d、5d、10d观察组恢复进普食的人数比例显著大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组7d内溃疡愈合比例显著大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后口腔溃疡面积明显小于对照组,NRS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后5d、10d观察组临床有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黛花合剂治疗胃肠肿瘤化疗性口腔溃疡的疗效显著,各疗效指标均优于锡类散。Objective To evaluate the effect of Daisy flower mixture for treatment of oral ulcer induced by chemotherapy for patients with gastrointestinal cancer（GIC）.Methods 100 GIC patients with chemotherapy associated oral ulcer were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group（each 50cases）according to 1∶1ratio.Patients in observation group used Daihua spray,patients in control group used Xileisan preparation.The time and area of ulcer healing,the time of feeding ulcer pain index and treatment efficiency was evaluated and compared between two groups.Results The proportion of resume general dietsin the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in 3d,5dand 10 dafter treatment（P〈0.05）.The healing rate of ulcer within 7days in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The area of oral ulcer in observation group was significantly less than that of control group after treatment.NRS score was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the clinical effective rates of 10 dand 5din observation group were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The Daihua spray was effective for the treatment of oral ulcer induced by chemotherapy among GIC patients.All effective criteria were better than that of Xileisan.
