中医护理对提高类风湿性关节炎患者生活质量的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究中医护理对提高类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者生活质量的临床意义。方法选择我院免疫科收治的160例RA患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组予常规护理方法进行护理,观察组予中医辩证护理方法进行护理。采用QOL和SCL-90对患者的生活质量和症状进行评价。结果入院2周后,观察组患者的QOL评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=-9.481,-6.996,-4.117,-5.868;P均<0.05)。观察组患者的SCL-90评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=-10.748,-12.457,-10.525,-7.663,-16.100,-8.046,-13.088,-6.011,-14.649;P均<0.05)。结论中医护理与RA的转归具有密切的关系,能有效改善患者的病情,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the clinical significance of TCM nursing for improving the quality of life（QOL）of patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods 160 patients with RA were randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine care interventions,while patients in the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The patients were measured with QOL and SCL-90,the quality of life and patients symptoms were evaluated.Results The scores of QOL for observation group at two weeks were significantly lower than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（t=-9.481,-6.996,-4.117,-5.868;P〈0.05）.The scores of SCL-90 in the observation group at two weeks were significantly lower than that of the control group,It showed statistically significant difference between the two groups（t=-10.748,-12.457,-10.525,-7.663,-16.100,-8.046,-13.088,-6.011,-14.649;P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing and RA outcome has a close relationship.It can effectively improve the patient＇s condition and the quality of life.It is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
