改良无缝合方式在血液透析临时导管固定中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改良无缝合导管固定方式对血液透析临时导管的影响。方法随机选取98例血液透析临时置管患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用思乐扣联合IV 3 000透明敷贴固定血液透析临时导管,对照组采用传统的缝合联合IV 3 000透明敷贴方式进行固定,比较两组患者血液透析临时导管脱出率、导管相关血流感染情况、穿刺点渗血情况和患者的舒适度。结果在血液透析临时导管使用过程中,两组患者在导管相关血流感染方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者导管脱出、穿刺点渗血及患者的舒适度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改良无缝合导管固定方式,可降低血液透析临时导管脱出率、穿刺点渗血的发生率,提高患者的舒适度,是一种安全有效的固定方式。Objective To observe the effect of temporary catheter fixation for hemodialysis by modified sutureless.Method 98 patients with temporary catheter for hemodialysis were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and control group by random number table.The best lock and IV 3 000 were used to fix the catheter in experimental group.The traditional suture fixation combined with IV 3 000 was used for control group.The temporaryprolapse rate,catheter infection,puncture site bleeding and patients comfort was measured and compared between the two groups.Result During the process ofusing the temporary hemodialysis catheter,There was no significant difference in catheter infection between the two groups（P〉0.05）There was significantly difference in prolapse rate,puncture site bleeding and patients comfort between the groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using the modified sutureless catheter fixation could reduce the incidence of prolapse rate,puncture site bleeding and improve patients comfort.It is a safe and effective fixation.
