摘　　要：高压电线用绝缘铁帽原来是由覆膜砂铸造方式生产,随着消失模铸造生产方式在物料人工成本和操作能源环保等方面的优势,人们开始尝试采用消失模铸造方式来生产此类铸件。本论文阐述了多种消失模生产铁帽的铸造工艺实践过程,从而探索出最适合消失模生产该类铸件的铸造工艺。The insulating gossan for high-voltage wire was produced by precoated sand casting process before. Due to its advantage in material and labor cost and operation of energy and environmental protection,the EPC was applied in the production of insulating gossan casting. This paper expounds various EPC practice process of gossan casting,so as to explore the most suitable casting process.
