摘 要:黑液液位是碱回收蒸发工段中重要的被控变量,它直接影响黑液浓度和蒸发工段的效率。针对黑液液位干扰多、存在滞后等特点,提出专家前馈和模糊PID反馈的黑液液位控制系统。利用专家规则来对干扰进行提前控制,利用模糊PID对黑液液位进行闭环反馈控制。MATLAB仿真结果表明专家前馈和模糊PID反馈控制系统控制效果较好,并在THJSK-1实验平台上用MCGS组态软件进行了实时的控制研究。Black liquor level is an important variable in evaporation process of alkali recovery. It directly affects the concentration of black liquor and evaporation efficiency. Considering the large time- delay, time-varying and multi-interference characteristics of black liquor level, in this paper was designed an expert feed-forward and fuzzy PID feed-back control system for black liquor level, in which expert rules can be used to control interference in advance. Fuzzy- PID can be used to form a closed-loop feedback to control the level of black liquor. MATLAB simulation results show that expert feed- forward and fuzzy PID feed-back control system has a good quality. In this paper was also studied the real-time research with THJSK-I experiment and MCGS configuration software.
