摘　　要：用VB软件编程对富氧燃烧、窑体散热、余热回收进行了计算,根据计算结果对陶瓷工业窑在燃烧、窑体散热、冷却带的制品余热及预热带的烟气余热回收等方面进行了节能分析,从而对窑炉设计及使用提出了有意义的建议。Parameters relevant to oxygen-enriched combustion, kiln body heat dissipation and waste heat recovery are calculated using VB software. Then, energy saving analysis is conducted on the basis of these calculation results to find out about the recovery of waste heat from combustion, kiln body heat dissipation, fired products in the cooling zone and the flue gas in the preheating zone in order to make helpful suggestions on the design and use of ceramic industrial kiln.
