摘　　要：以陇东绒山羊为研究对象,采用PCR-SSCP,DNA测序技术,序列分析,最小二乘方差分析,研究了陇东绒山羊重要经济性状候选基因的SNPS与经济性能的关系,寻找可用于辅助选择的分子标记。筛选确定了影响陇东绒山羊生长发育、产绒量、绒细度和产羔率的优势基因型;制定了陇东绒山羊分子育种技术流程;项目的实施,产生了显著的社会效益和经济效益。The association between SNPs of key economic traits candidate gene and the economic traits of Longdong cashmere goats were analyzed by PCR-SSCP,DNA sequencing,Least square analysis of variance and general linear model and the aims were to look for the molecular marker assisted selection.The dominant genotypes that affected Longdong cashmere goat growth,cashmere yield,cashmere fineness and lambing rate were determined,and the procedures of Longdong cashmere goat molecule breeding were made.There had been significantly social benefits and economic benefits after implementing the project.
