摘 要:为研究中草药饲料添加剂对肉鸡生产性能的影响,探索肉鸡的无抗规范化饲养管理技术。本试验以健康、体重相近的1 000只良凤花鸡为研究对象,采用放养的方式进行饲养,分析中草药饲料添加剂对其生长发育、发病率、死亡率的影响。试验结果表明,试验组(中草药组)的鸡在14日龄以后的平均体重、日增重方面均显著高于对照组(抗生素用药组)(P<0.05),料重比试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),死亡率试验组的比对照组低9.2个百分点。因此,本试验中所用中草药组方具有促进肉鸡生长发育,防治疾病,抵御病原微生物,降低鸡群发病率、死亡率的作用。In order to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine feed additive to poultry production performance and explore the chicken standardized management technology without antibiotic,1 000 healthy and similar weight Liangfeng chicken were selected in this experiment.Under the free-range to raise condition,the effects of Chinese herbal medicine feed additives on growth and development,morbidity and mortality of Liangfeng chicken were measured.The results showed that the mean weight and average daily gain of the experimental group(group of Chinese herbal medicine)were significantly higher than that in control group(antibiotics added group)(P〈0.01)when chicken after the age of 14 d.The ratio of feed to weight of experimental group was significantly lower than control group(P 0.05),the death rate of experimental group had a 9.2%lower than the control group.Therefore,formula of Chinese herbal medicine used in this test had the function of promoting growth and development,preventing and treating diseases,resisting pathogenic microorganisms,reducing morbidity and mortality of chickens.
