麟游县肉山羊寄生虫病调查及综合防制

摘　　要：本研究对麟游县5个肉山羊养殖示范场及20户百只养羊户的肉山羊场进行了山羊寄生虫调查及采样,通过粪球检查获得感染寄生虫的种类及感染强度,并进行数据分析统计。结果表明:麟游县肉山羊线虫感染以食道口线虫(Oesophagostomum)、毛圆线虫(trichostrongyle)、捻转血矛线虫(haemonchus contortus)、羊仰口线虫(Bunostomum)为主,其平均感染率分别为76.9%、70.0%、68.8%、53.1%,且这几种线虫在麟游各地均有分布;羊球虫(coccidia)感染率比较高,统计显示38.8%的肉羊感染球虫;细颈线虫(Nematodirus spp)感染率15.0%,其它线虫卵13.1%,其危害较低。螨虫(Mite)及虱子(louse)在该地区普遍存在感染率为35%和20%,放牧条件下硬蜱感染率达到了80%。Parasite investigation and checking had been taken by sampling from 5county demonstration farms and 20Onehundred-scale farms of meat goat in Linyou county,and the infection of parasite species and infection intensity were gotten by detecting goat dung ball.Finally,the statistics data？were analyzed.The investigation results showed that Linyou county＇s meat goat infection nematodes species included Oesophagostomum nematodes,Trichostrongyle nematodes,haemonchus contortus and Bunostomum nematodes,and the corresponding parasites infection rate was 76.9%,70.0%,68.8% and 53.1%,respectively.Parasites were found all over the Linyou county.The infection rate of coccidia was relatively high and it was about38.8%.The infection rate of Nematodirus spp was about 15.0%,the infection rate of others nematodes was about 13.1%and its harm was relatively low.Mites and louse widespread infection rate was 35% and 20%in the region,the infection rate of hard ticks under grazing reached 80%.
