摘　　要：双传动环是高精密推力调心轴承实现调心功能并传递扭矩的核心部件,介绍了双传动环结构特点和设计精度要求,分析了零件加工过程中的装夹、定位、找正、加工方法等问题。通过综合考虑最终确定了双传动环的加工工艺,并进行实际生产验证,结果表明制定的加工工艺科学合理。Double drive ring is the core component of high precision thrust center- adjustable bearing to realize the adjusting function and transfer torque,the structure characteristic and the request designing accuracy of double drive ring are introduced,the clamping,positioning,looking forward and processing method and other issues in machining process are further analyzed,through considering synthetically,determines the process processing technology of double drive ring and validates by practical applications,the verification results show that the processing technology is scientific and reasonable.
