摘　　要：针对三坐标机测量批量产品装夹效率低、产品装夹位置不固定的问题,设计了一套快速装夹装置,实现了批量产品的快速装夹测量。该装置装夹方便灵活,一致性好,大幅提高了测量效率,保证了快速测量时的精度。A quick clamping device is designed to solve the problem of the low efficiency of clamping system which is not fixed in CMM. The novel device designed makes the measuring of batch products quicker and easier compared to the device used before. Besides that,it greatly increases the measuring efficiency,ensures the measuring accuracy and optimizes the consistency of measuring results.
