摘 要:微生物发酵应用于中药的炮制已经成为传统中药炮制的重要途径,同时也是中药提炼的新工艺。其有效地借用了微生物分解转化的能力,使得中药活性成分得到充分的释放,有效地提高了中药的药物疗效,同时降低了药物的毒副作用,使其具有更高地使用安全性,拥有巨大的使用价值。该文就微生物技术在中药炮制工艺中的历史起源、主要品种、应用进行了多方面的总结,并对其发展趋势进行展望。Objective The microbial fermentation was applied to the processing of Chinese traditional medicine has become the im- portant way of traditional Chinese medicine processing, is also the new technology of Chinese medicine extract.
