摘　　要：从用户体验的角度,建立基于用户体验的协同内容创建系统的质量评价指标体系;利用该指标体系对百度百科质量现状进行调查分析,提出应当从优化用户信息价值体验、用户系统性能体验、用户满意度体验等方面提升协同内容创建系统的质量。From the perspective of user experience, this paper establishes the quality evaluation index system of collaborative content creation system based on user experience. Then, the paper uses the index system to survey the quality status of Baidu Baike. Finally, the paper proposes that to improve the quality of collaborative content creation system by optimizing user information value experience, user system performance experience and user satisfaction experience.
