摘 要:考察了几种吸附载体对炼油废水COD降解菌的吸附效果,确定以麦麸作为该菌种的吸附载体。固态菌剂保存在5℃条件下存活菌数较高,添加脱氧剂对菌种存活有促进作用。固态菌剂保存1 a后,菌种浓度仍能达到8.3×10~8CFU/g,比液态保存菌种高4.15×10~3倍。以保存期为1 a之内的固态菌剂降解炼油废水,其效果与新培养的液态菌种相当,COD去除率均在82%以上;当保存时间〉1 a时,固态菌剂对炼油废水的降解效果有所下降。The adsorption effect of several adsorbing carriers on COD degrading bacteria of refinery wastewater has been investigated. It is ascertained that wheat bran works as the better adsorbing carrier of these bacteria. The solid microbial agent has higher survival quantity of bacteria at 5℃. Adding deoxidizer can improve the survival rate of bacteria. After the solid bacterial agent has been preserved for a year ,the bacteria concentration is still 8.3 ×108 CFU/g,it is 4.15 ×103 times higher than that of being preserved in liquid solution. The solid bacterial agent whose retention period is within a year is used for degrading refinery wastewater. Its effect is equivalent to that of newly cul-tured liquid state bacteria. The COD removing rate are both above 82%. If the retention time is>1 a,the degrading effect of solid bacterial agent on refinery wastewater gets lower.
