摘　　要：通过对牛苦头矿区的矿石类型及其资源储量、矿床特征和矿床开采技术条件的分析研究,提出该矿区采用露天与地下联合顺序开采方式是合适的,且经济优势明显。并结合矿区实际,阐述了露采和地采主要技术方案的确定方法及思路,并提出了几个需要解决的关键问题,从理论上为牛苦头矿山今后开发建设提出了思路。Through the analysis and research on the Niukutou mine burnt ore types and resource reserves, deposit characteristics and ore mining technical conditions ,it is appropriate to adopt the combined sequence mining method of the open pit and underground in the mine area, and the economic advantage is obvious. Combined with the actual mining area, expounds the methods and ideas to determine open-pit mining and mining of the main approach, and puts forward the key problems that need to be solved in a few,from theory for Niukutou mine suffering mines in the future development and construction of the idea.
