基于社会网络和创业资本视角的创业意向研究

摘　　要：以高校在校生为研究对象,选取合肥市六所高校学生做抽样调查,研究个体的社会网络和创业资本与其创业意向之间的关系。结果表明:个体的社会网络和创业资本都能够对其创业意向产生显著的正向影响。创业自我效能感在个体的社会网络和创业意向之间起部分中介作用。个体的创业资本不通过创业自我效能感而是直接影响其创业意向。This paper analyzes the relationship among individual social network,venture capital,entrepreneurial self- efficacy and entrepreneurial intention,which is based on a questionnaire survey with students from six universities in Hefei city. The results show that individual social network and venture capital all have significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial self- efficacy has partial mediate effect between individual social network and entrepreneurial intention. Individual venture capital has a direct impact on the entrepreneurial intention,which is not through entrepreneurial self- efficacy.
