影响绿色建筑发展的因素分析

摘　　要：为更好地推动绿色建筑的实施,实现绿色建筑行业稳定发展,通过研究国内外绿色建筑发展现状,总结国内外学者观点,并对权威专家学者的观点进行分析,得出影响绿色建筑发展的29个重要因素,并归纳为7大类:绿色建筑消耗的费用、绿色建筑的界定、绿色建筑的明文规定、绿色建筑供求关系、绿色建筑专业人员素质、绿色材料和绿色技术,并通过层次分析法确定各因素的影响程度,得出绿色建筑消耗的费用是第一影响因素,为实现绿色建筑的快速发展提供一条可行的技术路径。Based on the current situation of the development of green building at home and abroad, and in order to better promote the implementation of the green building, and to achieve stable development of green building industry, this paper presents the point of views of the domestic and foreign scholars. It is concluded that there are 29 factors affecting the development of green building, which can be classified into 7 categories： definition of the cost of the consumption of green building, green building, clear stipulation of green building, green building supply, demand, the green building professional quality, green material and green technology. Through the analytic hierarchy process （ahp） of determining the influence degree of various factors, it is concluded that the cost of the consumption of green building is the first influence factor, in order to realize the rapid development of green architecture and provide a feasible technique route.
