劳动力配置与保障替代:兼业农户的农地转出意愿研究——基于五省微观数据的实证分析

摘　　要：农地对农户来说既是生产资料也是保障资料的双重功能深深影响着农地流转,当下农村日益加深的农户兼业化程度是否会重塑二者对农地流转的影响值得关注。本文利用五省市农户调查数据分析了家庭劳动力配置自由度和农地保障功能可替代预期对农地转出意愿的影响,并进一步考察了二者对不同兼业水平农户农地转出意愿的不同影响。研究发现,兼业程度越高的农户越愿意转出农地;农户家庭劳动力配置自由度越低、农地保障功能可替代预期越好,农户转出农地的意愿越强烈。低兼业程度农户比高兼业程度农户转出农地的意愿更易受到家庭劳动力配置自由度和农地保障功能可替代预期的影响。可见,农户的农地转出意愿,既考虑了眼前的经济收入,又照顾了长远的经济安全,是一种现实与未来相结合的理性思考。The fact that agricultural land is not only the means of production but also the guarantee of employment and life deeply influences agricultural land transference. Whether the deepening degree of part-time farming will reshape the effect that the two functions produce on farmland circulation is worthy of research. In this paper,we used the survey data of five cities and provinces and analyzed the influence of the freedom of the family labor allocation and the influence of agriculture land social security function's alternative expectations on the farmer' desire of the agriculture land transfer. And we furtherinvestigated the different effects the two factors produce on different part-time farming. The research results showed that the higher the degree of concurrent-business farmers,the more willing they are to turn out of the land,and that the lower the freedom of the family labor allocation and the better the agriculture land social security function's alternative expectations,the stronger the desire to transfer farmland they will have. Besides,the lower the degree of concurrent-business farmers,the more vulnerable they are to the influences by the freedom of the family labor allocation and the agriculture land social security function's alternative expectations. Thus,farmers' desire of agriculture land transferring is a rational thinking combining the reality with the future,which takes into consideration not only of the immediate economic income,but also of the long-term economic security.
