摘 要:建立设施蔬菜生产系统碳汇功能的生态补偿机制对于提高农田生态系统碳汇的供给水平和推动我国蔬菜产业的可持续发展具有重要作用。在对农田碳汇功能生态补偿的基本内涵和理论依据进行分析的基础上,从补偿主体、补偿标准和补偿方式方面出发构建了我国设施蔬菜碳汇功能的生态补偿机制,运用2011-2013年的数据对我国省域设施蔬菜碳汇功能的补偿标准进行了厘定。通过核算设施蔬菜生产系统农田单位面积产生的净碳汇量,并将其乘以我国碳交易市场的碳汇价格,以此作为设施蔬菜碳汇功能的生态补偿标准。根据测算结果,省域设施蔬菜碳汇功能的生态补偿标准平均为21.37元/亩,相应的净碳汇量平均为356.14千克当量/亩。It is of significance for building an agricultural ecological compensation mechanism of facility vegetable production system'carbon sink on enhancing the carbon sink level of farmland and promoting the sustainable development of Chinese vegetable industry.Based on analysis of the basic connotation and theoretical basis of farmland carbon sink,this paper built an agricultural ecological compensation mechanism of facility vegetable carbon sink in terms of compensation subject,compensation standard as well as compensation mode,then it measured the compensation standard of carbon sink from facility vegetable production at province level in China using the data from 2011 to 2013.Through measuring the net carbon sink from the unit area farmland of facility vegetable production system,then multiplying it by carbon price of carbon trading market in China we can get the ecological compensation standard of carbon sink from facility vegetable production system.According to the measuring result,the average ecological compensation standard of carbon sink from facility vegetable production at province level in China is 21.37Yuan/Mu,and the corresponding average net carbon sinks is 356.14kgCE/Mu.
