摘 要:船舶燃油消耗是航运企业燃油管理的重要组成部分,本文分析影响船舶燃油消耗的因素,以船舶燃油消耗量为基础,以可编程控制器为核心,建立实时远程监测系统的硬件和软件,开发船舶能效指数实时远程监测系统,实时采集显示船舶燃油消耗量、航程、燃油种类、载物量等参数,计算船舶能效营运指数,实现油耗的自动测量和远程监控.The ship fuel consumption is an important part of the fuel management in the field of shipping enterprises. This paper analyzes the factors which affect the ship fuel consumption. Based on the amount of ship fuel consumption and centered on programmable logical controller( PLC), a hardware and software of the real-time remote monitoring system is to be established. A ship energy index real-time monitoring system is developed as well ,which includes the collection and display of parameters like ship fuel oil consumption, voyage, fuel types, quantity of cargo and so on. These can be used to compute the ship's energy efficiency operational indicator and realize the automatic measurement and remote monitoring on fuel consumption.
