新常态视阈下加强党的纪律建设路径探析

摘　　要：习近平总书记在十八届中纪委五次全会上提出"要加强纪律建设,把讲规矩守纪律摆在更加重要的位置。"进一步对严明党的纪律提出了要求。这是新时期从严治党的行动指南,也是每个党员应当遵守的行为准则。文章重点从以下四个角度阐述了新常态下加强党的纪律建设的路径:一、强化纪律思维,转变思想观念;二、改进纪律审查,实现全面覆盖;三、创新执纪方式,加强日常监督;四、坚持纪律导向,深入推进"三转"。The general secretary Xi Jin- ping pointed out in the 18 th session of fifth plenary session of the CPC that＂we must strengthen the construction of the discipline,put discipline on the more important position. ＂stressed the importance of strict party discipline once again,put forward the strict requirements of discipline. This is strictly tube of the party’s guidelines in the new period,and each party must comply with the standards of action. This paper review from strengthening discipline thinking,change ideas,improve discipline investigation,to achieve universal coverage,Innovate way of enforcement,strengthen daily supervision,adhere to the discipline orientation,further promote the＂three circles＂,discusses the methods to strengthen the construction of the party’s discipline under the new normal.
