资源型县域生态文明建设的实现路径——以贵阳开阳县为例

摘　　要：在对资源型县域生态文明的概念进行界定的基础上,从循环经济视角分析了资源型县域开阳县生态文明建设的主要做法,其特征为循环经济引领、强化科技支撑、发展生态产业园和产业带、构建三级生态循环生产体系。但仅此是不够的,资源型县域生态文明建设还要形成绿色化的特色产业体系,引导公众参与,构建"三位一体"驱动机制等。On the basis of defining the ecological civilization within the resource-oriented county, the author of this paper makes an analysis of the main means to the construction of ecological civilization within the resource-oriented Kaiyang county from the perspective of circular economy, and its features are as follows： taking circular economy as a lead, intensifying technological support, developing and and constructing an industrial system for three-level ecological cycle. Besides, we are supposed to construct a green featured industrial system, guide people to participate it and set up the ＂trinity＂ drive mechanism.
