摘  要:为了获得e A300植物生长调节剂在环青海湖北岸三种类型草地(针茅草原、藏嵩草沼泽化草甸、芨芨草草原)的指导性喷施浓度,了解其对典型草地形态学指标的影响,试验实地喷施e A300植物生长调节剂,测定不同喷施浓度下不同类型草地群落建群种的株高、枝条数、地上部分鲜重、干重增加值等数据。结果表明:e A300植物生长调节剂对三种类型草地均具有明显的改善效果,其指导性喷施浓度为1/400。To obtain the guiding spraying concentration of cA300 as plant growth regulator in the three types of grasslands on the shore around Qinghai Lake, including Stipa steppe, Kobresia tibetica swampy meadow, and Achnatherum splendens grassland, and understand their influences on the morphological indexes of typical grasslands. The plant height, number of branches, fresh weight of above - ground part of the plant, increase value of dry weight, and other data of the edificators in different types of grassland communities under different spraying concentrations were determined using spraying cA300 as plant growth regulator in the field. The results showed that eA300 as plant growth regulator had an obviously improved effect in the three types of grasslands, and its guiding spraying concentration was 1/400.
