摘　　要：目的探讨肾脏尿酸结石患者与血液中细胞因子的关系,并寻找能够早期诊断尿酸结石的生物标志物。方法 2012年1月至2014年6月,贵港市人民医院采集40例健康志愿者及40例肾脏尿酸结石患者血液标本,通过悬浮芯片技术同步定量检测标本中IL-1β、IL-6、MCP-1、TNF-α、VEGF的浓度。运用统计学软件分析数据。结果两独立样本t检验分析显示,肾结石组IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1明显升高(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示,IL-6的ROC曲线面积0.934;TNF-α的ROC曲线面积0.716;MCP-1的ROC曲线面积0.893;当IL-6选择最佳诊断界值10.595 pg/ml时,其诊断尿酸结石的灵敏度达到0.950,特异度达到0.900。结论肾脏尿酸结石的形成与炎症级联反应相关;血液IL-6、MCP-1、TNF-α是尿酸结石的高危因子,并有望成为早期诊断尿酸结石的生物标志物。Objective To investigate the relationship between renal uric acid stones and cytokines in serum, and find some biomarkers for early diagnosis of uric acid stones. Methods From January 2012 to June 2014, in People＇s Hospital of Guigang, blood samples were collected from 40 healthy volunteers and 40 patients with uric acid stones, and the concentrations of VEGF, IL-6, MCP-1, TNF-α and IL-1β in blood samples were detected by the suspension chip technique. Then we use statistical software to analyze the data.Results serum concentrations of IL-6, MCP-1 and TNF-α were significantly increased in patients compared with healthy controls（P〈0.05）. Using receiver operating characteristics curve analysis, we found that the curve area of IL-6 was 0.934, TNF-α was 0.716 and MCP-1 was 0.893. The adjusted IL-6 level of10.595 pg/ml could reach a sensitivity of 0.950 and specificity of 0.900 to detect uric acid stones.Conclusion The formation of renal uric acid stones is associated with the inflammatory cascade reaction.IL-6, MCP-1 and TNF-α are the high-risk factors of uric acid calculi, and expected to become early diagnosis biomarkers of uric acid calculi.
