摘　　要：目的：探讨系统护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患者不良心理、治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法：将2013年5月-2014年4月收治的DR患者45例设为对照组,将2014年5月-2015年4月收治的DR患者45例设为观察组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施系统护理干预,对两组不良心理、治疗依从性及生活质量进行比较分析。结果：观察组干预后SAS评分和SDS评分低于干预前及对照组干预后（P〈0.05）。观察组干预后治疗完全依从率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组干预后生活质量评分高于干预前及对照组干预后（P〈0.05）。结论：系统护理干预能改变DR患者不良心理,提高其治疗依从性和生活质量。Objective： To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the adverse psychology,treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with diabetic retinopathy（ DR）. Methods： 45 patients with DR treated from May 2013 to April 2014 were taken as the control group; other 45 DR patients treated from May 2014 to April 2015 were taken as the observation group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided the systematic nursing intervention,the adverse psychology,treatment compliance and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results： The SAS and SDS scores of the patients were lower after the intervention than those before the intervention in the observation group and the scores in the observation group were lower than the control group after the intervention（ P〈0. 05）; the total compliance rate of the patients was higher in the observation group than that in the control group after the intervention（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of quality of life of the patients in the observation group were higher after the intervention than those before the intervention and than the control group after the intervention（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The systematic nursing intervention can change the bad psychology of DR patients so as to improve their treatment compliance and quality of life.
