摘　　要：将价值工程方法引入风险投资项目评估流程中,在满足必要评估功能下,制定成本优化的项目评估改进方案,并以国内一家风险投资机构为例对改进方案进行实施和评价。This paper introduces the value engineering method to the project assessing process of venture capital industry. The improvement plan of project evaluation of cost effectiveness is carried out under meeting necessary evaluation function. Then it gives an example of a native venture capital institution on how well our suggestion improves its cost-benefit balance.
