摘　　要：随着科技的不断进步,三维扫描技术与BIM技术作为两种先进科学技术,其在玻璃幕墙工程中的应用,既是时代发展的必然趋势,也是玻璃幕墙工程发展的实际需要。在两种技术的结合应用情况下,玻璃幕墙工程数据采集更加及时、完整、有效,数据资源整合利用率更高,为模型的构建与分析提供了重要的数据支持。本文主要阐述了三维扫描与BIM技术在幕墙工程中的应用现状,在玻璃幕墙工程中的具体应用与应用的必要性,并对这两种技术在幕墙行业的未来发展趋势进行了展望。With the constant progress of science and technology, the application of 3D scanning technology and BIM technology in glass curtain wall engineering is not only the inevitable trend of the times, but also the actual needs of glass curtain wall engineering development. By the combination of the two kinds of technology, glass curtain wall engineering data collection has become more timely,complete and effective, and the data resources utilization becomes higher, providing important data support for the construction and analysis of the model. This article mainly expounds the application status of 3D scanning with BIM technology in the curtain wall engineering, the concrete application and the application necessity in glass curtain wall engineering. And the development trend of the two technologies in curtain wall industry is prospected.
