摘  要:面对竞争日益激烈的就业环境,高校学生的就业问题被社会广泛的关注,作为专业性较强的中医药院校,就业工作特点突出,解决就业困难的有效途径之一就是提高学生的就业竞争力。文章基于USEM就业竞争力模型,通过对某中医药院校毕业生就业竞争力现状进行分析,找出提高学生就业竞争力的有效措施,帮助学生顺利就业。Facing the increasingly competitive employment environment, the employment problem of college students has attracted widespread social attention. Chinese medicine colleges and universities are strongly professional, so the employment work of these students ahs outstanding characteristics. One of the effective ways to solve the employment difficulty is to improve the students' employment competitiveness. Based on USEM employment competitiveness model, through the analysis about the present situation of the graduate employment competitiveness of a college of TCM, this article is aimed to find out effective measures to improve students' employment competitiveness, and help them obtain employment.
