类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病CT检查的临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的:研究CT检查类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病的临床意义。方法:选择本院收治的31例类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病患者为研究对象,对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果:CT诊断30例患者为类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病,诊断准确率为96.77%。CT表现:磨玻璃影5例,11例为渗出斑片浸润影,14例为网格影。结论:临床上运用CT对风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病进行检查,能够明确病灶部位和病变类型,有助于治疗方案的制定。Objective：To study the clinical significance of CT in the examination of rheumatoid arthritis associated with interstitial lung disease.Method：31 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected as the research objects, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Result：CT diagnosis of 30 patients with rheumatoid arthritis associated with interstitial lung disease, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 96.77%. CT performance： 5 cases were with ground glass image,11 cases were with infiltration of patches,14 cases were with mesh image.Conclusion：The clinical application of CT in the examination of rheumatoid arthritis associated with interstitial lung disease can clear about the location and type of lesion,help to develop treatment plan.
