银离子敷料治疗新生儿脐炎的临床疗效及安全

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨银离子敷料治疗新生儿脐炎的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年3月-2014年3月收治的新生儿脐炎患儿40例作为研究对象,按照其就诊时间奇偶数随机分为两组,每组20例,对照组患儿给予常规抗菌药物莫匹罗星治疗,观察组患儿则给予银离子敷料进行治疗,分别对两组患儿的临床疗效进行比较,同时,记录各组患儿换药时的疼痛程度、单次换药时间、总换药次数、脐部拭子细菌培养转阴的时间以及脐部总的愈合时间。结果:观察组和对照组的临床治疗有效率分别为95.0%和65.0%,观察组显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组换药时的疼痛程度、单次换药时间、总换药次数、脐部拭子细菌培养转阴的时间以及脐部总的愈合时间等指标均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银离子敷料治疗新生儿脐炎的临床疗效显著,脐部痊愈时间缩短,操作更为简便,换药的痛苦程度小,安全小好,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy and safety of ionic silver dressing in the treatment of neonatal omphalitis.Method：40 cases of children with neonatal omphalitis were selected from March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital as the research object,which were divided into two groups according to the visiting time of odd number,20 cases in each group,children in the control group were given routine antibiotic mupirocin treatment,patients in the observation group were given ionic silver dressing treatment,compared clinical efficacy of the two groups respectively,at the same time,recorded pain intensity with dressing,single dressing time,total number of dressing,umbilical swabs bacterial culture negative time and umbilical total healing time.Result：The clinical treatment efficiency of observation group and control group were 95.0% and 65.0% respectively,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The pain intensity of observation group of children dressing,single dressing time,total number of dressing,umbilical swabs bacterial culture negative time and umbilical total healing time and other indicators were also visible better than those in the control group,there were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of ionic silver dressing in the treatment of neonatal omphalitis is significant with shorter umbilical ministry cure time,simpler and more convenient operation,small dressing pain degree,small security good,and it is worth of clinical application.
